I’m Marklin, a photographer based in Singapore. I enjoy shooting the multiple themes of landscapes, ranging from waterscapes to astrophotography. Throughout the course of my career, I was given exposure to capture both interior and exterior architecture.

I tried shooting timelapses and have since produced two iterations; uniquely Singapore. These were personal projects, titled ‘A Tiny Modernity I’ and ‘A Tiny Modernity II’ respectively.

My works have been featured on multiple platforms, including New Zealand High Commission Singapore, Christchurch Mail, Lianhe Zaobao, MAD About Singapore Exhibition, Annual Noise Exhibition, yahoo.sg, etc. A Tiny Modernity I also earned itself a mention from Singapore PM Lee Hsien Loong on his personal Facebook Page.

Some of my clients include Singapore Tourism Board, Tottori Tourism Board, Urban Redevelopment Agency, etc.

I have also been invited by TEDx to give a speech about my travel photography, and how I managed to capture the array of landscapes in New Zealand in a short period of time.

That said, I hope you’ll enjoy my works as much as I enjoy chasing sunrises and sunsets.
